My granddaughters doll arrived today, and she was so excited! The doll is absolutely beautiful, super soft, and a nice size for hugging and carrying around. The quality exceeded my expectations, and I love the positive representation it provides. Seeing the smile on my granddaughter's face made it worth every penny. Highly recommend!

I gave a neutral rating because although the doll is beautiful, I am pretty displeased with the small size. I sincerely felt that with the price it’d be a bit bigger. I may buy another for my toddler, but with hair. She didn’t really care for the one I got her, unfortunately.

I ordered Orijin Bees Fro Melody Baby Bee doll with the DARK BROWN HAIR, but I received the Orijin Bees Fro Baby Melody Baby Bees doll with RED HAIR. I sent emails to contact@orijinbees.com regarding the problem and included photos of the doll I ordered and the doll I received but received no response. I also called Orijin Bees contact number 8886745462 and received a voicemail, but no one answered the phone. I left a message with my phone number and requested a return call, but received no call back. I also posted a message on Melissa Orijin's Instagram page and have yet to receive a response. How do I get someone to help me with this issue? I hope this is not standard procedure for a company that I held in high regard due to being featured as one of Oprah's Favorite Things. At this point, I am very disappointed.
